Description of Significance THE HEADQUARTERS FOR A SMALL RANCHING CONCERN FOUNDED BY WILL CRONKHITE, THE RANCH HOUSE IS CONSTRUCTED OF LOCALLY MOLDED BLOCKS. CRONKHITE UTILIZED THE ABUNDANT GYPSUM FOUND IN THE AREA IN HIS CEMENT MIXTURE, GIVING THE BLOCKS A UNIQUE TEXTURE AND COLOR. LISTED IN NATIONAL REGISTER 9/22/83.
